Color, Light and Camera Geek
I was lucky to be able to take film classes at Los Angeles City College. From there, I started volunteering with everyone who would have me, learning from awesome professionals and building up my skill set. A firm believer that while taking film classes is helpful, actually doing it is the only way to learn the skill.
I have worked professionally as colorist, camera, camera shader, DIT, lighting director/gaffer and producer. The main lesson that I've learned from working is that there is always someone who knows more than you do.
Stay curious. Stay humble. Work hard. If you do these three things, you'll always be busy.
The Raven ended up around 23.04mm x 10.8mm I believe. That said, the wording was a little sloppy, due to trying to get this out immediately.
This is all conjecture, so I won't be surprised at all if my guesses are incorrect. I won't be surprised at all if this is a camera that is never released. Nothing with RED surprises me and I won't lose sleep worrying about it until they actually ship something. The devil with them has always been in the often way too copious fine print.
Same reason some people play Stratocasters and others ukeleles. They both make music, one is cheap and fun and the other one is professional and expensive. I wouldn't overinvest in a mobile kit, but I've had a blast playing with my cell phone and a Zhiyun gimbal.

Thanks for monitoring and replying John.
I haven’t personally used any of the SIRUI lenses yet, but am hoping to get a set to evaluate. I actually shoot a lot of video on my phone, often with a gimbal, using FiLMiC Pro and ProCam and have gotten some surprisingly nice footage.
Thanks, that’s an interesting thought. What would you see as a price point that won’t further antagonize customers?
