Editing Premiere Pro with 2 editors?

Hi guys, Im about to start editing on a 60 minute corporate doco project and to speed up the process want to be able to work on seperate sections of the edit with another editor, who will be working in the same room on a seperate computer. How would we be able to go about this? and have access to the same media pool? Is this possible?

They do not need to be in the same project but would need to be able to import the timelines from one project to another to start fine cutting, music fx etc etc
