Importing phone video clips in Premiere Pro

Hi, I have 100 video clips from my Motorola phone (all .MP4) that I want to bring into Adobe Premiere Pro and build a sequence. A few questions for sequence settings:

Do I pick CIF, QCIF, QQCIF under 'Mobile & Devices' for presets?
How many frames/second on the timebase? Default under CIF, QCIF, QQCIF is 15fps
Anything on codec, etc?
I would like to play the movie in HD on vimeo as well as make it available for Instagram using presets for Instagram in Premiere Pro (there aren't any but setting manually for Instagram output)

Any ideas welcome, thanks a lot.

Hey.
I would first encode all videos to fixed framerate. Keep the dimensions and a bitrate where you won't loose much info. You can do that with Handbrake or MPEGstreamclip for example. The videos from cellphones usually have variable framerate and it causes unsynced sound in premiere pro when editing.
After encoding, you can just go in the program and edit normally.

open media encoder (that you have with premiere) drag folder of movie under cineform 10bit yuv preset. attend encoding, then you can work with a version of movie that reserve all info of original shooting, with right framerate, size, in a correct codec to edit and work.
Handbrake and mpegstream clip are excellent if you know what you are doing, but if you ask ... probably you don't know enought about codec and more to edit with these software. Media encoder come with premiere from ages, from cc2014 you have cineform DI codec and preset that are optimized to work with every kind of movies, be cause it convert to Cineform but preserve all original structure infos.
