Max Winter is the Editor of Press Play, the co-editor of a press named Solid Objects, and one of the Poetry Editors of Fence Magazine. His reviews have appeared in the Boston Globe, the San Francisco Chronicle, the New York Times, and elsewhere. He is the author of two books, Walking Among Them (Subpress, 2013) and The Pictures (Tarpaulin Sky Press, 2007). He is a frequent illustrator for online publications The Rumpus and Cosmonauts Avenue.
