Pro-level, dual stills/cinema camera recommendations?

So, it's been a while since I've been involved in filmmaking. A bunch of stuff happened, splitting with my ex, covid, having to sell gear to pay for rent, etc... it was a mess.

Anyways, I'm wanting to get back into professional filmmaking now that my life is looking a bit more normal. But I need to reinvest in a new camera. But I haven't really been keeping up with advancements and developments. In 2016, I had a Canon C100, Panasonic GH5, a GoPro, and a Canon 5D mk. III.

At the moment, I can only buy one (since the stock market has tanked) and so I need something that I can both take stills and video with. I'd prefer it to be full frame rather than M43.

Any recommendations for a do-it-all camera?
