Did your favs win on Emmy night? Let’s find out.
On Monday night, TV’s biggest and brightest stars were honored during the 2022 Emmy Awards. Saturday Night Live legend Kenan Thompson brought together to celebrate the best in TV. While there were a few jokes that didn’t quite land and too many speeches cut unnecessarily short to make time, there were some genuinely great moments.
My favorite standout moments of the night were when two beloved actresses, Sheryl Lee Ralph of Abbott Elementary and Jennifer Coolidge of The White Lotus, won their first Emmys after decades in the industry.
The winners of this year varied, but Ted Lasso and The White Lotus took home some notable wins, with the latter picking up 10 awards. Succession and Hacks took home a fair amount of awards as well, while newcomer Abbott Elementary reminded everyone that classic TV sitcoms can still work in the age of streaming.
Who did you think was snubbed? Let us know in the comments. Check out the list of winners below.
