Working at night

Does anyone else work at night? How do you care about your health? What healthy meal plan can you recommend?

I had night shifts, so I understand you. It is essential to choose a proper meal plan in order to avoid weight gain, digestive problems, insomnia, and an increased risk for disease. I personally followed the advice from this source https://betterme.world/articles/12-hour-night-shift-meal-plan/ I had dinner a few hours before going to work. And when I felt hungry at night, I ate vegetables, legumes, nuts, and whole grains. Also, I drank lots of water.
